the fishing is not very good at this time of year on the N.E coast, i was just wondering is it the same all over the British coastline or are there hot-spots somewhere in the u.k where the fishing is excellent at this time of year, i have only fished our coast so i know what to try and catch at different times of the year from our coast but is it the same all over the U.K .

ive been to the west coast of scotland in may before (mull of galloway) plenty of dog fish, wrasse and pollock think it was the end of may sure we had mackrel as well -
Not too much happening in the North West at the moment. (or for the last 2 months actually)If all about you are catching fish, cast in their swim !!!Comment
