    the guy is very good i have followed his methods for years over 20 odd year.

    on here there is also a book you can download free it dos,nt work for me but will for you i think just enjoy this link i did and do.

    Oh and i had a feel of the P2 in Darrans shop, they look a tremendous piece of kit, looks like i,ll have to save me coppers up

      p2 will cast a very very long way but the new q3 is worth a look at, lighter so will prob be not quite as stiff as the p3 and the butt will be a bit more forgiving.

      p1 is also worth a look at scratching around clean beach work also 14ft a very nice rod.


      john holden done a lot for fishing over the years i also like his approach to fishing , casting is ok but like my fishing just as much.

        thanks John, John Holden has been at the top for many years I am sure his book will be very informative, I have downloaded it and look forward to reading it over next few weeks.

          I glanced at first and thought "another april fools". Then I downloaded it and has a quick read, Very informative and Very Very well priced .

          Everyone who wants to learn to be a better angler or even people who just like a read who've been fishing for years would like this in the 20 minutes browsing I had before work.

          Cheers John for this and well done for your book , I look forward to having a good ganders.
