    red 5 the turtle was alive mate and alan charllton put this in the paper.years ago the posh nobs fished for tulley off the north east coast.this year we had a norwegion red fish off a wreck,so who knows wots in our seas

      well ah think chris is spot on it\'s not that impossible ( due to global warming )to have seen it, unless it was a bit of tin foil with a chrome spike attatched to it , and who knows what next might pop up on land ,sea or even air due to the greehoose effect :P

        Sless to busy getting ready to reply with your request just now,send me a pm with your e-mail and i will sort you out with some marks etc and a few numbers for digs,Bri it all explains itself now (your a hibby speaks for its self ) . alan f not heard of any new sightings but then again you are lucky if you can see 50yrds this year with all the rain we have had

            Codhead ... I saw a Sunfish off NE coast 20 years back. Coulda leant over and kissed the bugger.

            err I was in a boat at the time obviously, a Bonwitco With with freeboard of about 10cm. oars and a silver century on the back. I\'m sure me dad was trying to off me at the time \"Is it not my turn for the life jacket dad, please sit down and stop rocking the boat!\"

              Im not to sure of this, but is\'nt the heavy\'st fish ever rod caught.. was caught off Whitby,& Im allmost sure it was a tunny/ tuna ,,,, sorry I dont know what the differance is ...... shoot me down if im wrong,,,, Cheers Tich

                its about 20 years ago the last one i saw.im not sure if these tuner are called tully or tunny ,but i know one thing they were there.like i say who knows wots out there.

                  another strange visitor to our waters a few years ago up here was a mako shark that was caught off dunnet head.
                  we get a bit of the gulf stream here so god knows what else gets lost and ends up here.
                  oh well, going fishing now for a couple of hours before my next shift, will et you know if i catch owt wierd
