all you need is a new set of small eyes. No idea what the cost would be.

would it make a lot of difference .... i have heard conflicting reports about it... remove the large first eye and add a couple of rings in between the last 3 rings its ok some say
and i have heard that its to do with the spine of the rod and a total strip down..
and some say unless your a great caster the difference is minimal..
its one of those things i have always wondered about ... cant wait for the answer
      cheers Paul
      keep it swinging

Yeah m8,they could do it,as to the cost of the re-build you`d be better off giving a few shops a ring see what they say.

most shops would be able to get it done for you or put you in touch with a rod builder.

what it is - the rods a sonik sk3 f/s, but im now using a multi on it, and when reeling in fish its got a bad bend and the line is rubbing on the top with it being a f/sl rod i dont know if its gonne be worth putting smaller eyes onto it, maybe i should just buy a new multiplier rod and keep this rod for the bairn to play with.?
