  • Quick question for the rod builders...

    Bought a rod the other day, which at first glance I thought was rung with Fuji Alconites - however, it turns out they're not Alconites but MNSG's (with a SIC centre). I don't know anything about these rings - there's no real description on the Guides & Blanks site - other than the cost (very nearly £100 for the set ). How do they compare in terms of strength / durability? Just hope they aren't the type to shatter at the slightest excuse!

        as the bigman says gary not unbreakable though greater heat dissipation torzite being the best
