Yep mine came yesterday but i wasn\'t in and the postie couldn\'t get them through the box so will have to go down to pick up.
A careful postie should have him stuffed and mounted.
Wrong it was a free reel i got when i subscribed to a mag.
Clean forgot about that, nice surprise though.

There is no hurry mate ,honest.
Just odd that i had the postie at the office searching for a brown bag when all the time it was a grey plastic bag.
Will not be out for a few weeks anyway.
Ive just had an email from lad in wales, was talkin to a tackle shop owner in Barry, who told him hed heard of a new link bein used on the NE coast, so he looked and found us. one lives in hope of fame!!!
sound like a canny link (excuse the pun ) have emailed Hiram.A.Biff with a wee order
recieved, excellent service, said a wk but less than that now to get out and try them in a few fav marks without worring if i get my gear back aint fussed about leads :P
Paul - i know it will be a hard job - but i take it that you have protected the design of these clips -how you do it i wouldnt want to think about , be a disaster if one of the big players ripped your idea off - and i reckon my 75 that i have ordred are going to last me a VERY long time after reading Bribones posts
Just made a load of rigs up using the cannylinks ,two things that i have found
1 - when made up and put in lockseal bags they are flat - meaning when you pile 7 / 8 together they fit in your rig wallet sleave easy - impact shields \"bulk\" your rig wallet to the shape of a rugby ball.
2 - as i didnt need to use impact shields the cost per rig has been reduced by more than half.
all rigs were pully - dont know if the same applies to other rigs ,and the ground i fish i only need a 70 - 80 yard chuck so the impact/clip down doesnt come into the power casting - but looking at the construction of the cannylinks i reckon they would hold your bait in place until it hit the water even if you needed a 100+ yard chuck

Cheers Brian,
People seem to have discovered the main fault with them,#
theyre too good, you dont need many,.... no If they worked just as good, and fell to bits after one session/...............
lol.
Cheers mate.

Just had an email from Deputy editor of Total sea Fishing magazine, he tested the cannylinks, and theyre ready to do a short reviewin the magazine, Let you know when I find out which issue.
Hope this is the start for you Paul - dont know how he can find ANY fault in the design - they do what there suposed to , but who knows with these reveiws - if his reel blows into the nest from hell ,it`ll be the link thats at fault LOL
