ive got a fladen jacket aswell and cant fault it. go into your local shop and have a try on of a few different makes to see what fits u the best. If possible buy local m8 to support your local tackle dealer.

I swear by the Sundridge cross flow 2 piece suits, they have high bib and brace trousers with a long zip on the side of the legs, making them easier to get on & off , and the jacket is long enough to cover your backside. BTW ewlcome to NESA Stevie and Taffy tight lines.

I'm not sure why shore anglers wear floatation suits, or boat anglers for that matter. They are warm and toasty and do give you a bit of safety ish but they're heavy, awkard, you couldn't sit in the office wearing one, non breathable in general etc. I reckon the best option is to go for a good quality layered system + breathable fabrics, mittens and bobble hat, all that business and wear a slimline life jacket if your rock bopping. And for the feet - warm shoes obviously.

                  Feeling like a tit already

I rate the Imax, looks good and seriously warm. I haven't spent much time fishing in mine so don't know how it works in the field. (Have had it on in some heavy weather on the boat and it kept me dry, warm and asleep at times.

Can't think of a snappy comeback to the field question so didn't reply to the last post (Not sure if I'm awake or not)

Ive got the imax one and i cant fault it apart from you get way too hot if you walk any distance in it but i would imagine thats the same with all. i havent tried any other types/makes but i guess that all the top makes are roughly the same- see if you can get one of the deals where you get some boots thrown in.
