  • Which rod holdall ?

I am looking for a rod holdall for a Xmas pressie that will easily take 2 x beachcasters (2m long tip sections) and completely cover them. What have people got or used and would recommend.

I am tempted to go for the Shakespeare Salt holdall that extends up to 2.55m

I got this as a pressie
    Stunning value,

Rig wallet is top quality, rucksack is huge,
And holdall is excellent, clips the length of the rod, could easily hold 2 rods, seperate pocket for rod stand, very durable.
    I would highly reccomend.

Edit: please note I'm not plugging Billyfishing, didnt get mine from there, was just the first link on google, but turns out the price is the same anyway

Got the Shakespeare Salt holdall free when I signed up to Sea Angler & would definetly recommend it even if I had bought it.
I will only be out for a couple of hours pet.

I bought the Ian Golds fishing luggage holder. It only covers three quarters of the rods but is excellent. You can tie your tripod to the side and it holds the rods securely for transport.
