    Cold Feet?

    I was dragged by the ear into Matalan today by SWMBO. She was after some warm socks, so I thought I would have a look at the mens. Thay had a couple of different types, two for a fiver and another a fiver a pair. The two for a fiver seem ok but the single pair for a fiver feel like a really good pair that will keep the cold out.

    I haven't tried them yet but pretty confident they should be good. There were some canny ladies thermal socks too that seemed to be good.

      Phil185 bought some from there the other week, he said they are excellent, look the business from what I've seen.

        Hahahahaha nice one Mick, no they weren't for Christmas mate. I'm getting her a new toaster for Christmas.

            I have the ones that area fiver each and they are great, nothing worse than freezing feet in the depths of winter.

                    I've been looking at the seelskin socks but at £30 a pop I can't bring myself to pay for them.

                    I'm sure our lass is hinting for a new iron as she was cursing the one we have quite loudly earlier ..... of course I played along and made out I hadn't taken the hint .
                    You can take the lad out of Walker but .......
