Might see yous up there if there\'s no action where we plan on going. Pier most likely though. Looking forward to it.

Looking from this angle the pier is the better bet. Hope I am wrong cos I would much rather fish the beach.

Just spent the last hour mixing up a concoction and stuffing some squid. The kitchens stinking and our lass is turning green (I blame the baby and not the pilchard oil?) Hope it\'s worth it!

Had a look down the coast this afternoon and there was a bit of a chop on the sea, but the river looked calm. Now I\'m undecided between the pier and little haven beach, or Marsden / Whitburn?

Quick question lads, I got some worm from ID today and the lug was packed in vermiculite? Any ideas as to why? Looks like cr*p, all dry and lifeless, back to Terry\'s me thinks

As peter.m says Temples used to sell their lug in vermiculite Unless you bought it by the charter pack (four bags) then it was in a plastic container and your lug was in water. Got to say I much prefered mine in the water.
