Only two days to go for the "Shields open". I had a peddle along the cliff tops at Whitburn this afternoon having a chuck "here and there" and ended up with a couple of Cod, one about 1 and 3/4's and one at a conservative estimate 7lb ish.

me and mate fished marsden beach tonight ,i had a rockling and a flatty,me mate had a bass also 2 other lads there they only had one coalie between them,so now then where to fish on sunday?
