been out 4 times over weekend, pretty crap on tynemouth,whitley beaches when the sea was on, cullercoats harbour only produced a 1lb coaly on saturday, 6 flounders and 2 whiting from roker pier sunday,hit a few yesterday catching 2 whiting over a pound, & 6 codling from pottery bank at walker; best 3lb smallest about 1lb and a few throw backs all fish on big lug baits at long range. cheers alan.

had the same reports from everybody, just nothing there, even under good conditions, hope they haven't all gone already
