  • mackerel shoals in threat of extinction

my grandson 16 months, has not been eating his normal food the last couple of days and creating a bit, dumping it on the floor, don't blame him if you see what comes out those jars, cooked him a big fillett of mackerel, wosh that went, so did the next one along with some potato croquets. Then when I was eating my dinner the little monster was after mine. So those mackerel are definately in danger now. Did I ever tell you I like mackerel, and there are quite a few still being caught in the boats.

Have to wait 7-8 months now Alan for fresh mackerel unless you get the so called fresh from the super markets.

I have 80 for the winter and early boat season frozen down but they not fit for eating and no care taken with them

wouldn't dare let my taste buds to taste supermarket fish of any discription. Do have a few frozen away, well filletted and cared for, yep I think this bit of rough sea will certainly see the end of them
