Monthly heaviest fish comp?????

Just been on another fishing forum (holderness Coast Forum) and they hold a monthly competition between members for heaviest fish. They get a local tackle shop to sponser it and give a prize (its only a tackle voucher, but owt is better than nowt) The rules are that the fish has to be photographed, weighed and verefied, then posted on site. What does everyone think? sounded good to me.
