all the IFCA areas have different rules, in the Northumberland IFCA the use of any form of bait that contains edible crab are illegal, although this could be changed, you must remember even in the ares that edible crab is legal they have to be the legal size.

even when/if it is made legal in the NIFCA clubs could still disallow you from using it

it would be hard to police there,s not many size crab on the shore rock,s .jamcod

The comp Stewards police it as best they can but mainly other anglers will certainly get anyone using it disqualified.
I don't think amble open allows cart.
