    A big thanks & well done to all those that fished today; some good bags were had if you were in the right place!

    I don't have the full results to hand but no doubt Alan will be along later with the full report & pictures. For those who can't wait, the winner was Trevor Ferry with a 14lb plus bag (5 fish I think) from Creswell. The heaviest fish was from Cullercoats - a stonking cod for this time of year at 10lb 3oz. Top three bags were all in double figures.

    66 lads weighed in, not exactly sure how many fished yet but think it was around 200.

    Time for a few zzzz's now, then loads of crab to peel down & freeze. Looking forward to the Seaton Sluice comp in two weeks time - hoping some good bags there too!

    Thanks for the info Gary i fished cambois rocks very poor best I saw was a codling about 2lb and a small dogfish of all things, I blanked lol wrong place

      we were at cambois also 1 coalie for me ,2 pout and a wrasse for me m8 all just under size but a cracking day out,,a cod each for the anglers either side of me,,a big thanks to the organisers whom ive never met yet but 1 day

        A good day and a few fish caught as well! Think 20th had 4lb 10oz. Picked up a nice sonik jumper and cap!
        The 'five plums!' Northumberland sea league champions.

          i had 2 codling for 3lb 8oz, had 1 that was a mm or so under size lol

          fishing in kelp up to my chest! haha

          mr g force has some goodies for me, as i had to leave the weigh-in early.

          some cracking fish weighed in

              aye it was ivan we pulled in just after yourself did you manage to get anything when you moved off to the right of us,, we were plauged by little stuff every throw,,,better than nowt a suppose,,and im so plsd my m8 got 3 as he was so unlucky with the fly
