I'm feeling the same mate. The sea is always flat as a fart when I'm not at work. Or it's too windy or too much rain. I've had one session in decent conditions since December. I'm starting to think the fishing gods are against me!
      All the gear, no idea.

Pretty much in the same boat with time being at a premium. Family and work gets in the way lol but I still enjoy the sessions that I do get out. In an ideal world it's good to have a at least 3 shots or pick 3 shots that fish in a flat, medium or big sea over high or low water or should I say find 3 reliable shots that fish in said sea states. If in doubt head for deep water and heavy ground when it's flat as you never know at this time of year. All stuff that people know already and this is only my thoughts

I've had maybes 8-9 size since September. I just can't seem to see when I'll next be out. Things are just so poor at the minute. I was out with Norbert just before new year. But that's not a the same as being on the shore. I will have to get out I think I'm going crackers.

No it's not like me at all. That's partly why I haven't been on here aswell. I hadn't even looked at Nesa for a month until I posted this

Dave with u living at Ryton u should have a sesh at British Airways next to the Tyne. I live Consett and its only half an hour. Three hook flappers for flattys. Rag or black lug on three hook flappers with light gear is great fun for a few hours. Best 2 hours before high tide and 2 hrs after.
Personal best, 12.5lb Tope Scotland. 22/05/2012.

I usually go to the Betty's at scotswood bridge. Behind KFC usually ok there for flatties. I don't my mind the travelling to the coast as yous all know just with the weather being crap and lack of seas I haven't bothered getting my gear out
