Went down today lads and the tide was right out. Had a look for peeler but did not find a one and niether did a guy in waders who i was talking to.
Tried off seaton beach fishing and not a bite. Couple of lads nearby had been there all day and only had one small flattie.
Looks like the netters have cleaned the place out.
Gave it a couple of hours and went round to my favourite spot on the headland. No luck here again.
Long time since i blankety blanked (when ledger fishing with worm) but the totty walking and jogging up and down helped put the day in.
And it was a lovely day.
