Hi all, Iam off to kircudbright this weekend normaly fish just on the end of brighouse bay. Could anyone tell me any other marks around that area which are good fishing spots & maybe a bit info of how to get to them.
Go on World Sea Fishing and PM jocklad, he used to live there and I'm sure he'll point ya in the right direction. We had a crackin day's fishing up there a couple of weeks ago but I couldn't tell ya where we were! lol!
Their are some really good marks to the right of Brighouse (Southpark). To get access to them is a bit hard to explain, but if you go through the campsite and look for the path that skirts the bay, that will bring you out on the front. Basically, its find a point and fish it. I've seen the usual dogs from there, with pollack, smoothies and thornies.
There's always manxmans and borness as well. To be honest, you'd be better off getting an OS map of the area, which will tell you how to get to them.
