Shockleader doubles up as a great \"rubbing\" leader as well. If you\'re hoying leads out a distance over rough ground, after big fish then 10lb per oz shocker gives you a bit of confidence.

hi all, fishing myself i use 80lb leaders sometimes if the fish are shy and if i am down on my own on the beach nobodt else down i will scale down. i would scale right down to catch fish ONLY and ONLY if no one else was about ridiculas to say iresponsible and dangerous overhead casting with 18lb line,just an afterthought how many people check there leaders any swing at all i am talking about here after every cast totaly irresposible if you dont i for one DO, and my fishing is early morning sessions with very few people about ,remember this next time fishing in crowded areas agree ell leaders for rubbing line used to do this for tope fishing regards john
