Walkway 20-Jul-09

Fished the South Shields Walkway from 11-00 till 16-00 but only caught one small rockling which was half eaten by a crab that was still on when I pulled it up. There was a lot of seaweed about & the Tyne was very brown with all the fresh water. Probably explains the lack of fish.
Did have a nice sight of a lovely sailing boat & luckily had my camera with me.


Now that I have mastered the art of getting pictures on the forum (thanks to Pottsy) I will try & remember to take my camera every time I go fishing.

Well done on getting out,a seen that boat as well the wind and sea was picking up as that went out the piers
