well did he get them put in place at the time if so he can take the jury down and show em what hes after and set the big doggers onto the prosocuters

think he was in that much of a hurry to get away after dumping them he only had time to get eleven out, he thought he would just lay them out nicely for them, very thoughtful and good fly tipper he would make.

The prosecution have to prove BEYOND ALL REASONABLE DOUBT (thats 100%-if they are only 99% he would get off) this lad was dumping the tryes and fly tipping.
This is the basis of criminal law.
If there is any doubt he was not he will get off.
Civil law is a lower burden-thats why its easier to prove cases at court.
In civil you have to prove a likleyhood.
Was it likely he was dumping the tyres? or leaving them for baiting-supporting letters of people who use tyres will be of real assisitance.

i have 290 tyres at cambois behind old powerstation,they range from the first out let to the wooden wreck.

If his defence case is that he wasnt fly tipping but collecting bait it is still relevant - just a different method of collection surely.

spoke to the lad tonight and a genuine lad ,told me what had happened etc hope he gets more support from other lads too and the case gets flung out
