tyres has any one been caught off police

has any one been caught setting tyre traps out for the peeler crab off the police?
any help would be great

Remember a lad who had some down the tyne having words with the police once,but that was because someone on the newcastle side of the river had reported him thinking he was dumping gear in the river.When he explained what they were for they did`nt have a problem with it.

once heard of a guy who tried in wear and was aproached by a bloke who produced some sort of i.d. and promptly told to remove them and next time if caught would be prosecuted.

also was once told councils on the tyne have removed tyres but never seen or heard any evidence.

if putting tyres down be careful cos it could be classed as fly tippng, a have been refused tyres by a garage of because he could be done if tyres not disposed of properly
