  • Nice little report on our commercial friends

BBC NEWS | UK | England | Cornwall | Fish firm ordered to pay £710,000
"And I looked, and behold'a pale horse; and his name that sat on him was death, and hell followed with hi, and power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword and with hunger, and with the beasts of the earth"

Spotted that one earlier, think it's made even worse that the owner is the former industry president

Well the way things are with the powers that be, what are we to expect?

Am I reading that right? Bass is considered as "lower-value" than Cod?

I'm guessing it'll be because of the volumes they can sell, fetch a lower price but sell a lot more of them so it works out better profit-wise.

"It's not going to be easy to find this sum of money. It's huge, but the case has ended well."

She added: "We haven't got away with it. It's absolute hell to take part in a case like this."

So that's a £4,000,000 profit minus a £776,000 fine which, no pressure here, is equal to a gain of £3,224,000

That's a pretty tidy bank balance for "not getting away with it" Bet it puts loads of others off.
