i find the blue one's too bright sometimes, i prefer the glow bug, small and easy to use
Species: Cod, Bass, Coalie, Flounder, Dab, Rockling, Mackerel, Plaice, Pollock, Ballen Wrasse, L/S Scorpion, Common Blenny, Weaver (unfortunately), Whiting, Common Eel, Trout, Pike... think that's it

I like the little glow-stick type ones - I get a stack from Aldi when they have them. Last time cost about £2.90 for 50 I think - I know for about £20 I got 7 boxes (350 lights) which will keep me going till next time

To attach them to the rod I use some little clip-holders (made by Shakespeare I think, but unfortunately no longer available) which I've whipped to the tips of my rods - the lights simply snap in. They can also be simply taped into position, but however you attach them make sure your line isn't wrapped around them before casting / reeling in!
