Spinning Whitley Pipe

I fancy giving the pipe a go spinning for Mackerel any tips greatly appreciated ( do i spin north or southwards )

The pipe hasn't produced mackeral for a few years now mate.

Fish the end and cast towards the lighthouse and seawards but not behind you.

Forgot to mention, be very careful on the pipe if theres a little bit of a swell. It can be very danderous!!!!

If there's any sort of sea on stay off the end altogether ;-)
