  • zziplex m4 evo advice

Right, I'm about buy my frist zziplex and have more or less settled on the M4 evo. Any further advice on this rod would be appreciated, is it suitable for the durham coast line?

I'm currently using a Century Kompressor SS and find this suited to heavier types of fishing, I need a zziplex and would like something with a thinner tip and still have a lot of backbone to send the lead a distance.

Pendulum casting is my preferred style, using the rod for fishing and casting.

Any advise from the people who have this rod would be appreciated.

Have a look at jamies records in the tournament section. all his records have been achieved with the M4EVO. Impressive to say the least

standard m4 is a better choice than the evo,
talked to a very good caster he has cast the standard m4 over 300yds and told me on the phone if his timing had been a bit better it would of gone another 10yds so realy there is a hell of a lot of backbone in the standard m4.
i have had the m4evo and the m4 and i think the m4 is more than adequate for fishing and pendulum in the north east but it is your choice.
did you know panel pins comes in diff sizes ?
