    Was down the big beach today for a walk with the mrs, and spotted a few arctic terns diving, Are there any terns diving north or south of the Tyne.? Roll on the warm settled weather

    Fished Cambois last night, there were loads diving and also the odd gannet. Water was very clear and I tried various lures and spinners from the rock edges but no takes.
    To get away from dragons and catch monsters.

        There was alot of birds about diving etc 2 weekends ago around Newbiggin hope this is the start too!

          Yer loads diving in the Tyne and some massive shoals of herring sprat at sea close in.

            saw thousands of sprats being chased by eels last sun at blyth pier but nothing taking spinners or lures am afraid the macky cant be far off the gulls were diving everywere
            keep kids off the streets, give them a rod.
