One is a cotton one, like the old titan smock, around £20/£25 the other one is around £70 which is the outer layer(smock/jacket)got mine from g.a.c,really can not fault it,very warm, keeps the wind n rain out, what I like about them is there so light/unrestricted when casting, great over your geordie pyjamas

Another! vote for the tf gear force 10, nice and warm, very breathable and waterproof - I was out in the rain for 5 hours the other night and stayed bone dry underneath

                    Tf gear force 10 smock

Ordered on Sunday night , delivered tue morn. First class service from Fishtec.
Used it last night and very warm, not restrictive in any way, kangaroo pocket deeper than the black hole!!
Inner pockets are lined to keep hands warm. Lots of adjustment. First impressions very good kit.
                    I'm 5' 8 chest 42 so ordered "L" spot on fit.
Hope this helps anyone who's looking for a good smock.

Hello, I bought one of the TF gear smocks. I think it's great value and very, very warm but mine isn't totally waterproof......showerproof at best.
I was out walking my dog for a couple of hours and it let the rain through, particularly on the sleeves.
The front pocket is massive too......I made the mistake of putting my keys and phone in it and couldn't reach them without taking the coat off.
Don't get me wrong I still like the coat, but these are just my honest experiences with it.

                        Cheers Ian

Had a Titan for the best part of 20 years and its still spot on. Has to stay in the garage though!

Well bit the bullet and bought thr tf gear smock looks very warm but done a 30 second test were the the zip is on the front got a spray bottle of water and sprayed around where the zip is and water penertrated it within seconds not good at all very bad design should be gusseted and have storm flap over sending it back

Had two sundridge stormbeach smocks and while they do the job they are poorly made and stitching comes away on pockets and side seams ,on the lookout for a different one myself
