I've tom off , so going to take advantage. Notice high tide at Blyth is 2:30pm
Was a thinking of giving it a try on the middle jetty with frozen blacks n muscle or plan B I bought some lures on holiday and was thinking of hitting the beach around bandstand to jetty!!
    Any opinions?

I would imagine the sea would be too rough and coloured for lure fishing so would opt for the bait approach

I like fishing the beach specially if a bit of surf on. We did ok week back using three hook flappers. Odd decent cod caught on them as well as flatties and coalies. I would not lure fish this time of year.

Not had a chance to see the sea this week !! I've not been fishing long but managed to catch 2 on the same hook last fri. A decent whiting and a smaller one which went back.
