  • Making your old fishing jacket waterproof again

I was out fishing last night, and it's the first time it's rained for me since I had used Nick wax spray on my greys fishing jacket which over the years had no longer become waterproof and I had found the elbows especially the worst with water seeping through on soaking my clothes. Well last night that problem was solved, the stuff has worked a treat and you can feel the wax coating on the jacket so the rain seems to just run off. No need for me to buy a new one like I had thought about doing. Bought of eBay and first washed my jacket then followed instructions of whilst damp only used the spray all over and left to dry and it leaves a coating on the jacket.
