    chaps, im thinking of fishing the walkway "south shields" friday morning after nightshift for a couple or three hours. top water just after 9 am. any advice with bait, rigs, state of of tide best fishing kinda thing wouldnt go a miss.

    2 hook flappers, size 2 hooks loaded with lug, rag and crab if you can get it. You may need heavy leads to hold bottom when the tide is at it's strongest. Plenty of small fish at the moment but the odd better coalies have started to show.
    To get away from dragons and catch monsters.

        all you need normal gear and rigs you normally use,but also a few gripper in case tide a bit strong. Fair to moderate bottom but for some reason can be a bit snaggy. All length of area fishable , most people like the top end. watch where you park one of the residents gets a ratty if you park in visitors parking space he thinks their for him. to get peace of mind park next to yacht club on left
