All just try these as 12 battries on a night sesh is mad. say 6 hours session 2 @a time yrs only last 1 hour per set they must be worse than the 1s av got lol
did not say i use them all , thats just wat i take as the cold can affect them and to make sure i do NOT run out like you
also i tend to have my torch shining on rod tip most of time to see bites

I heard about the laptop batteries being good, had a duff laptop battery, took it apart, removed the 6 cells and added some solder onto the tops, much brighter than the ultrafire which came with the lamp
That's what I did just use a 100watt solding iron to put a half ball solder on the positive end works great and last hours.
A laptop will say replace battery but most of the time only one cell will have gone so the other 5 will be fine

no prob mate ,, but ahve used them all but thats because they not been fuuly charged and normally in spare torch on full beam shining on rod tip for session

also a battery could have deteriorated without you being aware
Brilliant and a big plus is that they don't leak there charge at low temperatures < 0°C like most others do. So with some types even if you just fully charged them a couple of hours on a cold beach and they are dead - not these ones !
