Can you tell me the diff from a SL20SH and a SL20SH-A
as the reel i have is the "A" and the one that im going
to purchase just say's "SL20SH" please help.
i had a slosh 30 sh slightly bigger than 20 now i got a sl20sha really like it the spool adjuster is in a better place and a better spool good for casting and retrieve, good reels all in all worth the money
The older slosh 'sh' version spool spindles go through the pinion gear and into the end cap, whereas the sh-v or sh-a spool spindles end at the drive side bearing, thus eliminating any friction caused by the spindle not running inside the pinion gear, supposed to make for a faster spool and further casting distance

No no no. It's not a new slosh it is an old one and the shaft go's
all the way into the pinion to the end cap. If you put a slosh next
to my slosh-A there is no diff in the 2 reels BUT if you then look
at them from the clicker side you see that one has SL20SH and
the other has SL20SH-A
Why not take them both with you next time you go to a tackle shop and ask in there mate, It can't do any harm. If they don't know then no one will lol.
