Surely you mean plenty of lug and some really smelly razor?

                      nope

i always seem to get more in the bag with some really stinking lug, a few days old. dead and slimey with razor tipping it off.

works on the pier as well, saw a guy bag up on fish one night on the pier doing it (years ago) i have always tried it after a rough see and it works a treat.

that dude had a about 8 fish 2 biggest were around 7lb, smalest was 3lb.

since then, i have always made sure i get some lug and let them rot when a sea is running.
i had a box full in the harbour last night, was still getting bites off the small fish using them. They were lifting lol

only seems to work when its been uber rough seas

Fair enough mate, but fresh all the way for me. I like my razor stinking but yellows and blacks must be fresh.

i always have fresh as well ;D

i always have way to much bait for what i should need. normally spoilt for choice lol

last nites comp, i had my bait spread out. looked like a bait counter.

rag, white rag, lug, runny down, razor, mussel, crab, stinking lug, makerel.

the small stuff last night were just after worms, not taking any tipped baits at all nowt was size either.
