Hi I haven't fished south of the Tyne for going on 15 years, so all I'm after is to pick the brain's of the people in the know. So I'm heading out on Thursdays and was thinking roker pier might be a good place to start, so what's the crack regarding the gates do they get locked and is fishing still allowed on the pier.
Also if anyone has any other fishing marks in the area that they don't mind shearing that would be appreciated.
    Thanks
    Rob
