    1st Wayne Harriman with a cod for 4-59lb (£1000) Cinderella rock easington

    2nd Kenny Newton with a cod for 2-50lb (£500) North pier

    3rd Danny Swan with a cod for 2-43lb (£350) Noses point area

    H.A.C. W Harriman with 2 fish for 6-04lb (£360)

    Junior winner drawn for out of hat Harry Moyle (£100)

    Lady winner drawn out of hat Sue Hope (£100)

    Disabled winner Pat Carroll with a flounder for 0-56lb (£100)

    Sealed weight 368 drawn winner with 3-61lb Steve Potts (£365)

    Conditions flat calm with a very strong southwesterly wind

    A cracking turnout shame the fish didn't play ball on another hard day
    Here's a massive thank you to C.I.S.W.O. for sponsoring the first 3 prizes + half the juniors,ladies,disabled prizes thank you C.I.S.W.O.

            top marks Geordie H and the rest of the lads for doing a grand job.
            it takes lot of hard work and planning that goes into these events and I think all the lads taking part had a cracking day apart from that dam wind.
            just a pity not a lot of fish around.
            well done to all of the prise winners, and all the lads & lasses that turned up to fish the seaham open competition.

                didn't fish the comp but well done to all who turned out some cracking prizes and looks a well organized event will certainly be fishing it next year

                    Well done on the logistics/sorting the comp lads, take no notice of the nasty comments doesnt matter if its fishing or something else there will always be sore losers
