  • Cart in clingfilm ???

    Hi Everyone
I`m trying cart for the first time.Bought a block and cut it up into bait sized chunks then wrapped them individually in clingfilm before putting back into the freezer .
My question is :- Just how well wrapped should these chunks be ? Mine look like sweets with about 3 turns of clingfilm around them .....not enough turns maybe ??

    Thanks in advance
    Martin

Wrap around 3 or 4 times and food edges so it is just a block when you need to use it pierce it 5-6 times and cast out

      .

I buy some cheap tights and double wrap them and knot the end, then you don't have to pierce. ( colour of tights is a personal thing!) lol

Prefer to use tights or bandage, when I tried cling film it didn't seem to stick very well to the frozen cart to me. maybe it was the way I was doing it.

I also tried Cart in Clingfilm & found it very poor with the film unravelling, wasn't impressed with Tights either so settled on 22mm Tubular finger Bandage. That is so easy to use & seems about right in the rate it allows the Cart to ooze out. Its also relatively fast to use so Carts not melting too much as youre doing it.
