Just received e mail regarding the above named shop having a massive clearance sale, I thought it was against NESA regulations for shops to sell their merchandice on this site.

Sorry I didn't reply to this sooner Keith, I haven't been on much over the last week or so due to my health. You are right in what you say, it is not allowed. These Emails were sent out by the owner of the site, I am sure if you contact Elton he will tell you all about it (he has already explained why on another thread). I don't really understand why you are asking though, do you have a tackle shop Keith, do you intend opening one or are you doing this on someones behalf? If not any of those I can't understand why you are asking or indeed why you would even need to know
