I've just tried looking , but I can't see anything that seems applicable .
Oh, & why can't I access the "who's online" section ?

You can find the time zone settings here
Scroll down to the date and time section and you can set it there, then click save changes at the bottom of the page.Drowning worms since 2007.Comment

No one can access the "Who's online" section because it has been disabled scully.Remember, some people are alive simply because it is illegal to shoot them.Comment
