well im plannin on goin down to the huegh tonight but il be fishing it down and all the way back up by the time i get there i will of missed high water dose anyone know how its been fishing recently??i would be greatful for any info asap
Fished the tide up the other week and there were countless flatties and whiteys. I usually find it less productive fishing the tide down but there will still be something around, it's almost impossible to blank off there.

I knew I'd heard it somewhere before and I've just remembered it was you who said it I can't remember the last time I went on there and didn't get at least a whitey though.
Just a shame the Codling fishing off there hasn't been up to much this year, it was better this time last year, but then again the wind has been against us for a while now.
it sure has been against us this year and i think now to be honest you cant even fish it when there is a big sea on any more especially now that the bottom corner on the left side has broken off its getting worse and its a shame to see it break away like it is without no one makin an effort to repair or support it a little bit
It'l be a shame when it finally goes, i love the place. apparently theres a canny hole somewhere near the end so i guess its days are numbered.
I defo agree about the morale boosting powers of it, i had about 5 blanks in a row before me and gaverick fished there last week, it would be nice if there where a few more cod in the area (or anywhere else for thet matter). Hopefully there'l be a change of fortune soon.
