  • bait-digging Tyne to Amble

Lads (and lasses), are there any areas of the open shore between the mouth of the tyne and the mouth of the coquet where bait-digging/collecting is not permitted by law?

    Thanks for any help

Don't think its by law but I got bollocked for digging in sluice harbour. There are also some signs up saying digging isn't allowed in some areas of the blyth.

I would suggest you check the various council by-laws, they normally specify if digging is allowed.
