The beach at Seaton Sluice can be worth a throw at high tide if there's a bit of a sea on as it's a bit steeper than further up, likewise around the harbour entrance. If it's a bigger sea, you can fish Collywell Bay, north or south side into the bay from the bottom of the ramp, or fish from the top of the crag on the south side chucking more or less north.
Not sure how well Rocky Island fishes at high tide - never tried it myself.
