Thanks lads much appreciated still dont think it will make much diferrence to my catch rate but here's hoping.

fishing has been good north of the tyne (northumberland) when tides etc allow you to access marks. decent bag weights have been achieved not full of doubles but the odd one in amongst. not many keen anglers like to publisise what theyve taken from their favourite marks for obvious reasons as stated in many previous posts and dont blame any of them including myself, but everyone to they own. this site and others offer sum valuable info from experienced anglers, not all gospal but its a starting point for those wanting to learn. in this game unless you have a good tutor thats willing to show you new marks and how to fish the area part of the fun is getting out there and gaining your own knowledge and dont give up because some day you will be rewarded and keeps you coming back for more.
