when a fished lynemouth a lot a used buy 3 to 4 cartons of worms every week direct from the farm every week usally on a wednesday and used for tipping off luch gworm and kept exellent for the week and never had any complaints about it it cost £2.50 a box then, never used it for the last 4 years as not been back to lynemouth since they put all the rocks in ffront of coal heaps.

afew weeks ago a got given a box of worm off alex harvey and used it 2 weeks later and only lost 3 worm, the rest was in very good condition did'nt catch any biguns but caught plent of small stuff , so in my opinion sea bait worm is worth getting especially if you can still get it straight from the farm as it does catch fish

you used to be able to go and collect in person.

            not sure about now.

try lewis tackle in whitley bay, i got some cracking rag worm from there the other week, they were dutch monsters and i still have them in the fridge alive and kicking, cover them in fresh sea water, just enough to cover them, change the water a few times a week, check them daily to remove any damaged or dead worms, they will last for weeks / months ;D

Seabait - You can still buy your ragworm direct from seabait, £3.00 a box, allways good quality bait, I often pop along there to buy mine, Fresh bait, not like you get at most tackle shops, I have never had a bad worm from seabait & you cut out the middleman, by buying direct - (not open on saturdays).
