    has anyone fished the rocks right next to the castle ?

    If so whats the ground like and wheres the best place to fish ?

    Surfed the area in the spring mate. Remember feeling a few smaller rocks underfoot.... Couldn't be any more help than that! LOL

        i thought you would be able to get cod fishing off the rocks next to the castle maybe im mistaken ?

          Good spot in the summer for mackerel. Can be snaggy on the bottom,had a doggy there this year. Never fished it in the winter cos it is very slippery when wet. Not the place to be with a sea on coz if ya fall in you won't get out !very deep water. I think many other anglers will say the same.
