Can you please tell me what a century shoreline beach casting rod is
as i can not find them on the century web site. Are thay just a cheep
rod with the name on them or are thay a good rod.
had a shoreline a while back, but never used it.got mine from I.D fishing at the time.Remember an article in the sea angler mag about them apparently it was just I.D and sports and leisure at blyth had came up with an idea for a rod for the north-east coastline. Were built on century blanks.Mate had one he used his for fishing the river and occasional rock sessions.
Cod Boy the Shoreline is an excellent rod for the beach and rough ground. I used mine for three years before I bought my Nitra and I had some decent fish on it. It cost me £150 about four years ago when I bought it at ID. They are not cheap rods so if you see a second hand one for sale at a resonable price I would recommend it.
