    can any of the lads around the seaham area give me any information on this rock mark never fished down that way just want to give it a go thanks alan charlton for that message back

    The Feather bed Rock is the group of rocks at the South End of Seaham Hall Prom. Quite tricky to get onto due to the boulders positioned around it. Very slippy and dangerous to access at High water, but easy access at dropping tide acros the sand. Coast Guard have been known to request you leave the rock on a good sea. Very heavy on tackle loss casting directly out to sea, but ok if you cast slightyly North Easterly....Had a session on there last week in a good sea at night and only caught a Ling around 2lb but undersize for the comp I was in...
