Had it around two yrs,had some abuse I can tell u that lol,no sign of any wear an tear(prone for the varnish coming off,so xtra care is needed)like i say can't fault mine.
Not in the same league as the zzippy (carbon/build qlty)imo,I think that is reflected in the price,I bought mine new for around £320

I hound I've had a cast of my pals, very light plenty power and great tip, your right you need to take extra care but I suppose as you say it's down to the WONGA,also had a go of a anyfield anywere and that was like a pole, then had a go of a one that had been modified with a fixed reducer making it 15'long that was an even longer pole and crap in my opinion.

They are nice rods n have a very sensitive tip, show up even the little rattles, great for such a powerfull rod.Your right about the afaw field rods,I suppose they do a job n that is casting(designed for the field)but over gunned for general fishing,I know some lads swear by e'm for the ruff stuff/lifting work, allways makes me wonder tho why ppl sell e'm mint for £150or there abouts,u wouldn't get a mint/nearlly new m427 or zeteque would you for that money, unless it was nicked..

It was peters anyfield rods I was on about phil, raw meat and roids might do the trick, when people get on about stiff rods I would put them up there.
