  • 14ft rod for fixed spool and braid

    whats a good rod for fixed spool and braid for fishing mixed/heavy ground,not longer than 14ft.i have the new t1000 but im finding it a bit long,are any of the zipplex rods any good for braid/fixed spool

    LT14 might fit the bill?

            Hi I think your picking the post up wrong he thinks the t1000 is a bit long but they are 14ft 10in so that's why peters asking for zippy recommendations of rods but only up to 14ft

                    I'll cut yr t1000 into pieces for you. Peter. Been an ex. caster I'm a dab hand with the blade. Needs 20 inches off the bottom end😮😮😆

                            Are you sure its purely the length and not the stiffness. I have a 14ft 10 lt bullet evo which is the same as the eliminator but is much less harsh to cast with braid.
